The best LA Kings plays from the 2019-2020 season (so far)

The NHL season may be on hold for now, but that doesn’t mean there haven’t already been some spectacular plays. We’ve rounded up the best of ’em. So far.

On March 12, the NHL season was put on hold due to the coronavirus pandemic.

The league hasn’t officially canceled the season. With the recent cancelation of the 2020 Summer Olympics, it appears inquires are being made by the NHL into stadium availability for late summer with hopes that the league will be able to return to normal around July and August. Until a decision is made, we’re left playing the waiting game with a severe lack of hockey in our lives. **deep sigh**

We hope all the players, staff, and fans remain safe and healthy during this time of uncertainly and we’ll keep our fingers crossed the league will be able to pick back up this summer.

Singer-songwriter Kane Brown releases a heartfelt new single, dedicated to the movement against racism and discrimination. Proceeds from the song will benefit the Boys and Girls Club of America.

GRAMMY-winning, multi-platinum artist Lauren Daigle shares a social distancing version of one of her hit songs. “I had so much fun with all my bandmates putting this together for you,” Daigle wrote in an announcement post on Instagram. “From all of us, we hope you enjoy the social distancing version of ‘Still Rolling Stones.’”

Chapel may be a new name in the pop world, but they’re quickly making a place for themselves. The duo’s first three singles were met with great success, and now they’re ready to share even more about themselves... in 49 Seconds.

Alt-indie singer Freja The Dragon shares a soulful rendition of “Cold Little Heart,” originally performed by Michael Kiwanuka, which appears in the intro of HBO’s Big Little Lies series.
